Refund, return and exchange policy


There are no refunds, returns or exchanges due to wear and tear. The responsibility is on you to care for your delicate jewels. 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, sale items or discounted items cannot be refunded. 

For personal hygiene reasons, jewellery that has been used cannot be returned or exchanged. Mañana does not offer refunds unless your item is found to be defective.

Exchange and refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would prefer another product or a refund, we will arrange for collection by our courier (R75 for major cities and R150 for outlying areas) and offer either an exchange or a voucher to the same value. The returned item must be in a re-sellable & unused condition.

You will be responsible for paying for your own courier costs for returning your item (R75 for major cities and R150 for outlying areas) and for the cost of courier for the exchange item (R59). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of courier and return courier will be deducted from your refund.

Your goods are inspected for defects before shipment. Variance in goods do occur. If we miss something, and your goods are found to be defective upon receipt, this must be communicated with reference within 24 hours of taking delivery and we will replace the item(subject to stock availability). If the item is not in stock, this will be communicated to you and arrangements will be made for a refund.
