For personal hygiene reasons our jewellery cannot be returned or exchanged. Mañana does not offer refunds unless your item is found to be defective.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase and would prefer another product, we will arrange for collection by the carrier and offer either an exchange or a voucher to the same value. The returned item must be in a re-sellable condition.
You will be responsible for paying for your own courier costs for returning your item and for the cost of courier for the exchange item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Your goods are inspected for defects before shipment. Variance in goods do occur. If we miss something, and your goods are found to be defective upon receipt, this must be communicated with reference within 24 hours of taking delivery and we will replace the item(subject to stock availability). If the item is not in stock, this will be communicated to you and arrangements will be made for a refund.
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded
